Party Booking Terms and Conditions
Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure the booking for your birthday party event with Dollinu. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your party package.
Reservation Confirmation: Your party date and time will only be confirmed once the deposit is received and cleared by Dollinu. We will notify you promptly upon receipt of your deposit.
Payment Methods: We accept deposits via Venmo, Apple Pay, Cashapp, Visa, Mastercard. Please ensure that your deposit is made in a timely manner to secure your desired date and time.
Remaining Balance: The remaining balance for your party package is due on or before the day of the event. We accept payment via Venmo, Apple Pay, Cashapp, Visa, Mastercard
Cancellations: Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be returned.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your party, please notify us at least 2 weeks in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Event Details: We will contact you prior to the event to confirm party details, including guest count, special requests, and any additional services you may require.
Guest Count: Please provide us with an accurate guest count at least 1 days before the event. This count will help us plan and ensure the best experience for all attendees.
Safety and Behavior: Dollinu is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment. We expect all guests to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during the party
Liability: Dollinu is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the event. Each guest is required to sign a waiver in order to participate in the party van activities.
Photography and Promotion: By booking with us, you grant permission for Dollinu to use photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media and our website.
Changes by Dollinu: While we strive to adhere to all agreed-upon terms and services, we reserve the right to make necessary changes or adjustments to your party package in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
